Karnataka Women Development Corporation Schemes 2026-27
1. Udyogini Scheme
Under the Udyogini Scheme, women are provided bank loans and Corporation subsidy to undertake income-generating activities and become self-employed.

2. Chetana Scheme

- Age limit: 20 to 55 years
- Applications can be submitted online or offline

3. Dhanashree Scheme
The Dhanashree Scheme is intended for women living with or affected by HIV/AIDS and provides assistance for self-employment activities.

4. Rehabilitation Scheme for Transgender Persons

5. Rehabilitation Scheme for Former Devadasi Women

Important Instructions for Applicants
Applicants should keep the following points in mind:
- The applicant’s Aadhaar must be linked with a mobile number.
- Aadhaar should be seeded with the applicant’s bank account.
- Applications for the Chetana and Dhanashree Schemes can be submitted online as well as offline.
- Applicants submitting offline applications for Chetana and Dhanashree should contact the District Deputy Director, Women and Child Development Department, or the Development Inspector, Karnataka State Women Development Corporation, along with the required documents.
- Applicants who applied in previous years but were not selected do not need to submit a fresh application this year.
- A person who has already received benefits under any scheme of the Corporation is not eligible to apply again for another benefit.
Discretionary Quota
Applicants seeking benefits under the Government Discretionary Quota or Corporation Discretionary Quota must obtain a recommendation letter from the concerned:
- Hon’ble Minister
- Hon’ble Member of the Legislative Assembly, Government of Karnataka
- Hon’ble Chairperson, Karnataka State Women Development Corporation
After obtaining the recommendation, the applicant can submit the application through Seva Sindhu service centres, including Bapuji Seva Kendra, Grama One, Bengaluru One and Karnataka One.
