Why Has Form 16-A Been Revised?
The Record of Rights (RoR) is maintained under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966.
Form 16 or Form 16-A was already prescribed under the relevant provisions of the Rules following the Karnataka Land Revenue (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
