Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the Principal post must have:
- Completed the prescribed probationary service satisfactorily.
- Completed at least 10 years of service in the Lecturer cadre of the School Education Department in Government Pre-University Colleges.
Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification as on the last date fixed for submission of applications.

The basic pay range is therefore ₹90,200 to ₹1,59,200.
